Start and Grow a Successful Coaching and Therapy Business Even If You Are Short of Time, Money and Experience
My simple three step process means that if you enroll now by:
January 2022 you will be able to see some fee-paid clients to help pay the costs of training.
Easter 2022 your therapy practice will be up-and-running and you will be able to see clients in-person, in groups and online.
June 2022 you will be fully qualified and insured with all the professional skills you need to run a lifestyle-friendly therapy practice you will love.
Start Gently and Then Leap Into Action
Step 1. Foundation Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Mind Coaching
Attend one weekend per month in October, November and December 2021. Taking just two days per month for yourself will give you the space to learn an amazing set of therapy and coaching skills. You’ll watch and participate in live demonstrations, meet great people and develop skills that will last a lifetime.
You’ll earn a Foundation Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Mind Coaching. Then you have a choice.
Choice A: Walk away and use the skills to help the people you love to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. The skills you will learn are the most cost-effective way to help and support the people you love and to help them overcome the challenges they face.
Choice B: Stay and complete steps 2 and steps 3. This is the option you must take if you want to work as a professional fee-paid Hypnotherapist and Mind Coach. This option gives you the accreditation and qualifications you need to provide evidence-based hypnotherapy and coaching to people in-person, in groups and online.
Step 2: Join the Triple Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Mind Coaching and Online Therapy in January 2021
Once you’ve completed the Foundation Course in Hypnotherapy, you will have the strong foundations required to learn highly effective professional therapy and coaching techniques.
You will learn the 10 Tools Used By Talented Therapists to achieve remarkable results in short periods of time. These are the tools and techniques that have been made famous by people like Marissa Peer and Tony Robbins. You will learn the highly effective techniques that get to the heart of the matter and allow you to do the deep work that the best coaches and therapists are paid to do. You’ll learn the most effective techniques from Positive Psychology, NLP, CBT, REBT and EMDR and how to put them into a solutions focused framework.
You’ll be given professionally produced manuals and access to our Members Library. Plus you’ll have the 101 Therapy Interventions for Busy Coaches and Therapists app on your phone. So the best interventions will be in the palm of your hand when you’re working with a client.
Interested? Simply pay €195 deposit and then pay €195 for each of the weekend of training.
Step 3: Start Seeing Fee Paid Clients Before You Graduate
In January 2022 you will apply for your student therapist insurance. Susan will encourage you to start seeing a few clients. The aim will be to earn enough to help you pay for your course fees. Your confidence will grow by leaps and bounds as you discover how effective you can be as a therapist – just starting out. You’ll also discover how enjoyable, fulfilling, exciting and rewarding it is to help people achieve their goals.
What does ‘encouragement‘ mean? Encouragement to see clients means that I will give you all the scripts, individual support and step-by-step processes to look for clients, professionally ask for a fee, book clients in, find therapy rooms, gather feedback and generally feel great about getting into the driving seat as you test out your brand new coaching and therapy business. You’ll only charge a small fee and you’ll let your clients know that you’re in the process of completing this advanced hypnotherapy training course.
Interested? At this stage in your training you’ll be able to apply for your student therapist insurance under our group scheme with Balens Insurance. Don’t worry about this now, Susan will guide you through the process in January.
A Therapy Training Model That Grows With You
One of my favourite mantras for novice therapists who are just starting out is this.
‘You only have to be one step ahead of where your clients want to go to have a successful therapy session.
Said Susan Wallace a thousand times to nervous, novice therapists!
Likewise I will always be one step ahead of where you are. It doesn’t matter if you are an accomplished therapists or someone with no experience, I will be there, ready to step in with what you need.
Here is an example: Admin work is boring. Yawn! As therapists, we want to work with people, not do paperwork. I understand this and why would I let you struggle through it alone when I have done it for years? Therefore, I will give you all the documents you need to manage your therapy practice. But more than that, every year I record a series ‘over my shoulder videos’ that show you step-by-step how to set up your client intake forms, practice management records, working with children protocols, external referral procedures, GDPR and all that really boring but absolutely necessary stuff to keep your practice legal and conforming to standards for working in-person, in groups and online. Yawn! Of course if you’re not ready to launch just yet- no problem. Those videos will be in the Members Library for when you need them.
